　　4.1973年纽约《关于防止和惩处侵害应受国际保护人员包括外交代表的罪行的公约》(Convention。n the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons.Including Diplomatic　gents)，中国于1987年8月5日加入；

　　5.1979年纽约《反对劫持人质国际公约》(International Convention　Against the Taking of Hostages)，中国于1992年12月28日加入；　

　　6.1980年维也纳《核材料实物保护公约》(Convention on the Physical Protection 0f Nuclear　Material)，中国于1988年12月2日加入；

　　7.1988年罗马《制止危害航海安全的非法行为公约》(Convention　for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety Of Maritime　Navigation)，中国于1988年10月25日签署，于1991年8月20日批准；

　　8.1988年罗马《制止危害大陆架固定平台安全的非法行为议定书》(Protocol for the Suppression Of　Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of　Fixed Platforms on the Continental　Shelf)，中国于1988年10月25日签署，于1991年8月20日批准；

　　9.1988年蒙特利尔《制止在国际民用航空机场进行非法暴力行为的议定书》(Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts of　Violence at Airports Serving　International Aviation，Complementary　to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety Of　Aviation)，中国于1988年2月24日签署，于1998年11月4日批准；

　　10.1991年蒙特利尔《关于在可塑炸药中添加识别剂以便侦测公约》(Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection)，中国尚未参加；

　　11.1997年纽约《制止恐怖主义爆炸国际公约》(Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings)，中国于2001年11月13日加入；

　　12.2000年纽约“制止向恐怖主义提供资助国际公约》(International Convention for the Suppression Of Financing 0f Terrorism)，中国于2001年11月13日签署。
